Another long time...

It's been a long time again since the last post. Really things kinda slowed down during the holidays for a bit, which we expected. They've done a lot of work in the past week or so though.
The house is all insulated. The next step here really is the sheetrock and the siding and masonry on the outside. We've been really pleased with all of the work so far and things seem to have gotten into their groove again.
Not much else to say, I'll let the pictures do the talking...

Electrical work in the kitchen and a new window!

Another new window next to the master bath. With our new Jacuzzi tub.

The BIG window in the garage.

Shingled roof, and check out the ridge vent!

Another shot of the new shingles. They almost perfectly match what we had on there. They look great.

That's the new rear door to the garage. The old one was in bad shape, so it's nice to get that in there.

The house with a pile of NEW rubble in front.

Closer picture of the limestone we'll have. It's perfect!

Insulation is up in the walls.

They did some repair work over the front door where there was still some badly charred wood.

Another picture of the insulation in the walls.

That's the back of the master bath.

The new bathtub in the hall bath. We didn't know this was going to get replaced but the old one got damaged from the soot sitting on it.

And this is the master bath tub. With jets!

We changed out the window for glass blocks. Came out really nice.

They let in plenty of light.

The master bedroom wall all insulated.

And a huge gaping hole in the side of the master bedroom wall!

Same, from outside.

And the living room. These will have French doors installed in them instead of the sliding glass doors.

Ceiling in living room insulated.

And the siding on the house now. The GC says that they will put Tyvek right over this and then the new siding. Hardisiding.
